Secretary Zheng Detao visited Faculty of Foreign Languages and International Studies on Teachers' Day

SYSU held a series of events to celebrate the 30th Teachers’ Day. The university leadership visited teacher representatives during the festival.

On the morning of September 10, Secretary Zheng Detao paid a visit to Academician Lin Haoran, affirming his contribution to teaching, research and technology promotion, and wishing him a good health. Then, Zheng went to Faculty of Foreign Languages and International Studies to learn about the discipline development and talent training. He expressed festive greetings to the teachers in The M.A.K. Halliday Library, Simultaneous Interpretation Room and Teachers’ Office. Secretary Zheng Detao also visited Professor Ni Liangkang in the Department of Philosophy and learned about the teaching, research, work environment and talent introduction.
