[Abstract] THE TWILIGHT ZONE was an innovative American fantasy and science fiction television show of the late 1950s/early 1960s. In short, half hour episodes, it introduced many concepts that contemporary film makers such as Stephen Spielberg continue to explore. This lecture will introduce the man behind the show, Rod Serling, and the show itself. To further appreciate the show, two episodes will be screened.
