The Sun Yat-sen University Center for English Creative Writing presents its 13th Book Club event 

Literary Translation as Creative Writing: Translating the Poetry of Xi Xi  by  Jennifer Feeley

Jennifer Feeley holds a PhD in East Asian Languages and Literatures from Yale University and taught Modern Chinese Literature and Culture at the University of Iowa. A recipient of Luce Foundation Chinese Poetry and Translation Fellowship, she published translations of poetry and prose from Chinese into English. She has published her own poetry in various journals and collections and numerous articles on Chinese literature and cinema.
